Return Policy

We gladly accept returns caused by our error and will issue a refund or exchange in such cases. Notify us immediately upon receipt of goods. All returns must be pre-authorized and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Due to health regulations, any product that has been opened may not be returned. Special orders (i.e. special sizes, special order products, special mixed formulas) are not returnable under any circumstance.

Shipping Policy

  • We ship USPS, mostly Priority, to ensure your package's timely delivery.

  • Most orders will be shipped within a week of placement, but please note - they may temporarily take as long as 3 weeks to be processed, while we are getting our sea legs on the blessed event of our Maiden Voyage as an Online Shop! We will stay in touch, and please let us know if you have a need for urgency and we will try to accommodate. Each product is made fresh by Eden's loving hands in small batches, very worth the wait!

Please note… our products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure the highest possible quality. Eden’s process embodies ancestral wisdom and deep listening… batches may vary slightly, as each season and harvest offer their own expression of uniqueness.
Orders may take a few weeks to fulfill; please order early and reach out to check in as needed!
